Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. The salesperson, Zoe, was great and took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. It was also nice talking to and dealing with the Sales Manager and closing the purchase with the Business Manager. The only thing that I would have like to have seen was for the dealership to have examined my trade in vehicle in more detail before finalizing a value. I believe the final value(sight unseen) was underestimated because it was considerably less than the Kelly Blue Book price but I accepted the price to close the deal.

Ethan H. has been a wonderful service advisor for our two BMWs serviced at BMW of Allentown. He listened carefully to my requests and work was done in the time requested. I will always seek out Ethan and he takes all my calls regarding the service done.

Jason was excellent listening to my needs and getting the problem sorted out and fixed. It was done on a timely manner as he knew my time frame and a part needed to be ordered. The complex is undergoing construction but that did not hinder the service.

We purchased a 2017 pre owned / trade in. Very low mileage and good price. Fast turnaround on pick up and paperwork. Great coffee machine in lovely lobby. Very attentive staff at entry - but....make an appt , to avoid a wait. Meeting a staffer who is a huge METS fan was a bonus. I was happy all around! Our new, but old, red rocket 🚀 is a dream.

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.
