Every single person we dealt with at MINI of the Woodlands was professional, cheerful, and courteous; from the service manager, to our acquisition manager, and even down to the folks who stood in front and opened the door for us every time we walked in and out. The showroom and restrooms were clean and in very good condition and the waiting area was comfortable. That said, the process is cumbersome because it's all run through a central clearing house in Florida. It took 3 & 1/2 hours to sell the car, even though we'd sent in all of the requested paperwork the day before (to supposedly save time) and the car had been on site for 3 days.

This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. Danny has been a stellar salesman and while my Cooper S did take some time to get delivered across the Atlantic, once it left the port, I had the vehicle a few hours later. Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I recently brought in my 2021 Mini Cooper for some warranty service. And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue. In today’s world you can find what you want on line…however you don’t always get the personal touch with a great salesperson, phenomenal environment and service you receive from Sharpe.
