Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last year. The collision shop in Henrietta was very very helpful and accommodating. The car was totaled. However. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. Conversation lasted about 5 mins Ended up buying one from a another Mazda dealership that afternoon.

Friendly staff, and super professional service giving high confidence on excellent jobs. Price are high, but this is the only place I know where can get peace of mind about results.

The salesperson, Zoe, was great and took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. It was also nice talking to and dealing with the Sales Manager and closing the purchase with the Business Manager. The only thing that I would have like to have seen was for the dealership to have examined my trade in vehicle in more detail before finalizing a value. I believe the final value(sight unseen) was underestimated because it was considerably less than the Kelly Blue Book price but I accepted the price to close the deal.

Jason was excellent listening to my needs and getting the problem sorted out and fixed. It was done on a timely manner as he knew my time frame and a part needed to be ordered. The complex is undergoing construction but that did not hinder the service.

Great dealership experience. I came in expecting disappointment due to my situation. Upside down, low credit and low down payment and they were able to hook me up with a deal, I am still shocked. Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.
