Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Prompt response to my interest. Was given several choices of a mini that fit my needs. Sam Hall, the salesman, was very helpful and put me in the car I love!

Could have a nicer waiting lounge for guest to relax in while waiting for finance. Have a gourmet coffee machine and a TV on sports center. Get the Wallboard product that allows you to easily roll service advertisements and specials while guest watch a show. You will upsell while they wait. I can do all of that for you....

Just move to Baltimore from California. Had issues with my mini - would not start. Had it towed to Towson. The team (both reception and techs) were kind and helpful in a stressful situation. Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Representative John Gamboa was outstanding in every way. Professional, reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed consistently with the progress of my repair. I have worked with him before and he continues his pattern of excellence.

Great dealership experience. I came in expecting disappointment due to my situation. Upside down, low credit and low down payment and they were able to hook me up with a deal, I am still shocked.
