We purchased from out of town (4hrs away), and no question was too small. Cooper's fair pricing made for a smooth negotiation and sale. We bought a 2018 X5 xDrive35i and got a great deal on a service demo w/ ~4500 miles on it. In-house 0.9% financing was a no-brainer, and our finance consultant explained the maintenance & warranty options in a very helpful way without overselling anything. The GM, Richard, even took time to chat with us while we waited for the paperwork. Such a great staff and buying experience. We'll definitely be back.

Working with this dealership from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. I am very particular when it comes to buying a car and especially a used car from out-of-state. When I first expressed interest in the car, Sarah immediately reached out to provide me with all information I needed. My experience with other dealerships has typically been a bit more lengthy with a lot of back and forth, especially since I couldn't there in-person. Within the first 24 hours of reaching out to the dealership, with the amazing and expedient help of Sarah and Erica, we got the deal done! It was quite surreal! As I flew in to inspect and pick up the vehicle, Erica promptly picked me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was warm and welcoming. Again, all of the paperwork preparation was ready to go to ensure that I was in and out quickly. Before leaving, they helped give me some cool tips of some spots I should check out in Albuqurque before leaving town. I recently purchased a 2015 GMC truck from Tampa Bay Auto Network, I had a Great experience true whole entire of purchasing the truck, especially my gratitude and appreciation to the lady at the office ( jennifer) who helped me to process purchasing the Truck, Also I got a very reasonable and good offer on my trade in, compare from CarMax or Carvana, Also the Truck that I purchased, was in great shape and low mileage. The bottom line is I will come back again in the future to purchase another Car.

Terrific fun unbeatable exciting are third mini each is different but wonderful . The newest has so many features we will have to keep it a long time to learn them all!

I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it!
