I will say this was one of the best buying processes I have ever had purchasing a car. This dealership is extremely professional. They don't waste time either and get to the point with everything. Service was the best experience. I was not a huge fan of the bank initially as they are hard to get a hold of. However, the Willis pros are top notch. My friend also had a great experience.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Great services from the whole crew at BMW of Dallas. I went shopping for a Lexus but walked out frustrated by the care or lack of it by Sewell. A BMW was not even on my radar. They treated me with respect and kindness plus I found the car to be superior to what I was looking for. Many more options than the car I originally went in search for. I can?t say enough kind words for BMW Dallas.

Willis Collision is great! I've unfortunately have them do a couple of my vehicles due to traffic accidents but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They leave the outside and inside of my cars looking like new.

Matthew was very helpful and got my recalls all taken care of and even tried to see about fixing our radio. Unfortunately he couldn?t fix the radio because we had to put in an aftermarket one. But they at least looked at it for us. I would most definitely recommend Baron BMW.
