I love vehicle, must have a small car in the family, you won’t go wrong with mini, plus it’s a great little car. Got mini on a great value for it mile and no damage or accident report.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. Justin met me on the service drive and walked me through the repair process, what needed to be diagnosed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Justin kept in touch with me and even had his manager, Billy call me with updates while he was off work. When the work was done they even delivered my truck home. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.
