They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. I love vehicle, must have a small car in the family, you won’t go wrong with mini, plus it’s a great little car. Got mini on a great value for it mile and no damage or accident report.

It was my first time coming to this location for an inspection/emission (I live elsewhere so usually take my car to a local dealer). The mechanic/serviceman, Ben, was very respectful, courteous, and polite. Told me what was going on with my car and future things (like the air cabin filter) to be aware of. I did not feel patronized or pressured. Sometimes going to get your car fixed/inspected can feel like spilling money from your pockets, but this is a place you can trust your car with.

Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue.
