My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. I found the car I wanted (2006 Cadillac DTS) online and emailed an appointment request to dealership. Within 24 hours I received an email response and a telephone call from the dealership, informing me that the car was available. I set an appointment with Tania and visited the dealership, where Tania met me and showed all of the appropriate paperwork on the 2006 Cadillac DTS. After a lengthy and very detailed conversation about the vehicle's history, I inspected the vehicle and took a test drive. Upon my return to facility, Tania ran the paperwork and the matching Carfax Report (which matched my Carfax Report), and we settled on the "as-is" wholesale price. Because I had a few questions regarding the vehicle history, the dealership also included a warranty at no additional cost. We signed the paperwork and I accepted delivery of the vehicle the following morning.

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

So far things have been great. My first hybrid, runs well, acts well, and does a great job maintaining the balance between electric and gas. I just wish that in 2021 more safety features were standard. While I got a used car, and so everything was predetermined, it is amazing that each little thing that can be in a car is a separate package. I just wish it wasn't this way for the brand. I'm a big MINI fan, it's my 2nd one (prior being a Roadster). This thing behaves exactly like the smaller counterparts. It's zoomy AND roomy!

The service was only an A17 (oil change and break fluid replenish) but the service writer answered my questions and the service was completed 30 minutes earlier than expected. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

This is my third MINI and I’m more than happy with it. The quirky design, the exceptional performance and the premium feel in a small package make this an exceptional brand to own and be a part of.

Facilities will be great when the renovation is complete. Until then, it?s a bit cramped inside and out. It has taken far too long.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

I had to come in to have my battery replaced in my car Customer service was excellent service went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Couldn?t ask for a better job Thanks !

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Since I have car Mini Cooper I save a lot of gasoline parking space easy to drive I mean very comportabke and minus budget for washing and solid genuine parts anyway you help the economy like avoid more smokebeltching easy to pararel park if you long drive WOW you no worries the budget
