I brought my Transit Connect for "The Works" to the Service Center for an oil change, etc. today. Was greeted by Paul Rubin, Asst. Svc. Mgr. who assisted through the process and kept up informed throughout the visit. He was sooo helpful and nice and even helped me with syncing my phone to the van. Will definitely ask for his assistance when I go back again. Thanks Paul for quality care.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I not only love my new MINI but I love how easy it is to get my dream car at Holman MINI. Their customer service has brought me back time after time. I never feel like a stranger. Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car

So far things have been great. My first hybrid, runs well, acts well, and does a great job maintaining the balance between electric and gas. I just wish that in 2021 more safety features were standard. While I got a used car, and so everything was predetermined, it is amazing that each little thing that can be in a car is a separate package. I just wish it wasn't this way for the brand. I'm a big MINI fan, it's my 2nd one (prior being a Roadster). This thing behaves exactly like the smaller counterparts. It's zoomy AND roomy!

Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I have only owned this vehicle for about seven months so far, but it is SO much fun to drive with the top down. The interior is a fun layout with buttons located in easy reach, and it's just a blast. I'm a large man - 6'1" and 275, and I still fit very nicely in it. Great leg room, surprisingly large trunk, and just fun! The only drawback I can see to this car is the visibility with the top up is awful. That said, the car is designed to be driven with the top down, so that makes sense!

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.
