Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

I went in to Huntington Honda with a specific car in mind after seeing it online. Salesman Richard Delorantis met us at the door of their showroom and after a brief conversation very quickly handed over the key to the HR-V I wanted to take for a test drive. We ended up buying the car and getting our financing with our preferred lender through Huntington Honda and drove off with the car the same day. That was unexpected, and a pleasant surprise seeing as it was a Saturday. All in all, it was a surprisingly easy process. The hot chocolate and coffee we had while waiting for the paperwork to be done was appreciated as well!

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Salesman Jason Li did his best to bring me out of a tough situation with my trade-in vehicle. During our conversation, he maintained much patience and willingness to accommodate as we negotiated back and forth trying to reach the best deal. I know it wasn’t easy for him, so I’m very grateful for the favorable outcome he achieved for us. He also made sure not to rush the sale and carefully took time to explain all the important details on the contract. This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

This is a brand new car, so all we can base this on is the ride home from purchasing it. We traded in a 2014 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited which had been a good car, but it was lacking refinements in its information/entertainment center, and it was quite noisy and rough. We can only judge from the 100+ miles we put on the Odyssey so far, but it is luxurious and smooth riding and quiet. The drive on two-lane rough roads and interstate was wonderful. There are too many features to mention here, but we are sure we made the right decision in purchasing this beautifully designed car. Even the exterior has a very special look. We purchased the white with beige interior and love it.

Recently purchased a 2016 CRV with my mom. As women, it can be daunting going into a dealership however both Gary and Glenn were professional, friendly, and respectful. They were accommodating and did not rush us as we looked at several crvs. They even brought another car we wanted to see back to the dealership, despite being transported to another location. The car that was purchased is clean as a whistle and the overall quality of the vehicle is great. Good selection, quick process, and quality customer service. Would recommend!

This is our fourth Odyssey over the years. We love them. We love our new Odyssey. The radiant red color is beautiful. It has plenty of space inside. There are also many convenience features. Even though we no longer have kids to have to shuttle places anymore, we love the space. This van is great for traveling.

Coming from Nassau County shopping for a used vehicle advertise on Cars.com. used car was fairly priced without the dealer fees which goes from fair deal to high priced. Heard the usual salesman pitch all dealers charge fees which is not true in fact only Bodega type dealers charge fees. Purchase for Infinity's from dealer used and new never any dealership fees, as well as Mazda and Hyundai. Salesman was courteous respectful not pushy and honest facility is what you expect from located in City tight but a lot of vehicles to choose. Maybe just used cars get $1,000 dealer fees or if you buy a Jeep probably none, not sure but would check.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Highly recommend that entire team over at Brooklyn Ram. Jimmy and everyone at the location were genuine, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as easy as can be. Found a car online, confirmed it was there, scheduled a test drive, and even though they were extremely busy and I had to wait a little bit, they made sure to let me know I was a priority and it was about me, not just a sale.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The minivan is sleek and steady, it has some beautiful effects. A DVD player for the comfort of the passengers. It has a brand new instrument cluster and battery. All the tires are from Discount Tires and they are all under warranty and the minivan has hitherto been managed only by the Gwinnett Place Honda since 2005 and there is evidential records from 2005 to date with Honda.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

On April 20 while returning from a long distance trip, I had to visit the service department as the low tire pressure symbol popped up. Eddie the mechanic was very helpful and patient to show me how to reset it after checking out the tire pressures. This occurred to me last year and i took it to another dealer. They were very rude and would not tell me what they did to remove the low tire pressure symbol, making me think that there was a defective there was defective computer system. I would recommend Eddie for this honesty, patience, helpfulness and transparency.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I went to MJ Traders today and had phenomenal service. I traded in my old car and got a 2004 BMW. Everything was very efficient and quick and as i was leaving in my new car, one of the workers there saw there was no gas and filled up the tank. Thank you!! 5/5 stars

The van is very similar to the 2005 Express 3500 we had. We liked that one which is why we got another one. Easy to drive; has great pick-up; good comfortable features; great for kids and travel.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

The car I was interested in didn’t have all wheel drive so it didn’t work out for me but the salesman was just excellent. Sharp, helpful and understanding. And did not bother me about other vehicles - that’s really appreciated.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.
