I’ve had multiple dealings with the dealership and they are absolutely outstanding. On my most recent visit it was the second time I had trouble with nails in the tires. I do not know where they are coming from. The service department was able to fit me in and provided outstanding service. I cannot thank them enough. They have my fullest recommendation! They are fabulous!

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Staff nice and courteous. I had no issues. I was early for my appointment and they allowed me to leave my vehicle even though I didn't think I would be back prior to closing.

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Honest Review of My Car Purchase Experience - This review is a mix of highs and lows. Let’s start with the positives: Pros: Jim in Service was outstanding—informative, helpful, and someone I truly trust. My current car is waiting on a back-ordered part, and because of my confidence in Jim, I felt comfortable making the decision to buy a new car and eventually pass mine down to my daughter. The negotiation process was smooth. Mick and Nate were super helpful and efficient, making the purchase experience pleasant. Cons: Brandon, the warranty guy, was condescending and disrespectful. When I declined the warranty based on Consumer Reports reliability studies, he suggested I wouldn’t be in this position if I had purchased a warranty on my other car (which wasn’t true) and went so far as to call my decision "foolish." After spending over $30,000, that kind of treatment left a sour taste. Picking up the car was disappointing. Even though it was a certified gold vehicle, I drove off with an empty gas tank and the gas light on. Thankfully, Nate met me at a Speedway to fill it up, but it took away from the excitement of the moment. Cleanliness issues. Since taking the car home, I’ve found spider nests in the hatch molding and dog hair on the back seat upholstery—definitely not what I’d expect from a certified vehicle. Final Thoughts: I love the car, and 99% of the staff treated me well, but there were some frustrating and deflating moments in the process. The dealership does a lot right, but addressing these issues would make the experience much better.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This was the best disappointing experience of my life. Lol. I only include the disappointment to emphasize how amazing my salesman Justin did. I initially contacted them highly interested in a particular car. Justin sprang into action and contacted me promptly. His first contact was shortly after they had closed but he still was super energetic, personable, and made me feel like he was more than happy to help. He worked to make a deal on that car but unfortunately due to a clerical error on their end it wasn't meant to be. Justin was not deterred and continued to work hard for me. The 2nd deal was good, but just not right for me. Justin was totally understanding and remained highly responsive even after it was clear I was purchasing from Mercedes directly. He worked hard and communicated well with me to make sure my deposit was refunded. I just can't emphasize enough how much his personalty and approach made the total difference. He is the entire reason I leave this experience with a smile on my face despite the disappointing outcome. Next time I'm buying a car, Justin DEFINITELY gets first crack at finding what I need. He will also be my go to when recommending where friends/family should buy. I highly recommend you consider using this dealership, and getting with Justing if you can get that lucky. I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)
