I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! All in all a wonderful experience. Would recommend Jim Carter as a salesman and South Park Mitsubishi as a dealership. My sister and brother in law bought an Outlander in 2024 and I knew right away, this was the vehicle for me.

In the lounge they’ve got Keurig coffee and fast Wi-Fi. While they finished the paperwork, I finished an episode on my phone. Time flew.

Fast quick and effective. Went to 3 stores before theirs and theyre the only ones that found, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Enjoyable waiting room and price was reasonable

Mitsubishi is good car, it has gorgeous interior and exterior styling, driving dynamics, and innovative technology, also it has exclusive accessories. We have two Outlanders, the first one haven't have a problem in 3 years. Bomnin is great dealer confident and trustable. I love my Mitsubishi Outlander

Great bunch of people . Not high pressure sales . They go above on trying to help you and accommodate . I wish I would have went with them but purchased another vehicle thinking payments would be lower but they turned out the same .

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

I highly recommend this location to get your car service done. Ty, who assisted me was very informative about my car oil change and diligent when the technician came back with my car summary about my car brakes and the rotors. I have been coming to Five Star Mitsubishi Altoona for 10+ years. I have never had a bad experience, and have always been treated like family. Can't beat those Outlanders on mileage, as a travel nurse that is a must! It's an amazing reliable SUV. The service dept always squeezes me in when I get in a pinch as well, and does great work! I appreciate driving around a well maintained vehicle.

Ashley is top notch! His professionalism and communication are the best I’ve ever seen in the car business! I’m trying to get to him but distance and time are an issue. I may make the 700mi trip next week simply because of him!
