We arrived later in the day, but Josh was able to get us in with the finance manager by the end of the day to close on the deal before the weekend. Josh spent ample time going through all of the features of the vehicle and once it was time to discuss money, he worked with me to find a down payment/monthly payment option I felt comfortable with. Once I had purchased car insurance, Josh expedited the registration process for the car, so I was able to pick it up the very same day plates had been registered. It was an excellent first car buying experience and will be back to Mastria Volkswagen for my next car. Thank you, Josh!

He also took almost an hour after his shift was supposed to end to go over all the vehicle features before we went home with the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated.
