I've owned many cars and over 7 Mitsubishis,They are some of the most dependable and underrated cars and SUVs today. I feel like the so called pro reviews attack the Mitsubishi because of older reliable technology,and not having all the newer technology that's untested or gimmicks that will be obsolete or expensive to fix. The v6 is tried and true dependable responsive as is the transmission. So if you want reliability this is the vehicle,the AWD is second to none . I also own a gsx AWD turbo 1g as I've owned 2g and other examples. I bought with 90k for a steal from a dealer over 3 years ago and haven't had one issue with it ,runs great ,smooth good options but,USB, Sirius,cd player. Sonte ever plan on getting rid of this will maintain and keep Just look at all the issues with newer cars including the Nissan engines in new outlander ,the Mazda turbos etc. give me a old reliable proven platform over some new shiny technology that breaks easily or is issue prone. So I don't take care reviews from the big mags seriously anymore. I do my own research and for me got to have a suv with a v6 and awd as well as economy modes and. Plenty of room

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. I bought this used with 33k miles on it, after 10k miles of driving and almost 1 year of use, I must say this vehicle is one of the most reliable vehicles out of the others I ever owned! I got one of the rare ones with a 5 speed manual and it is fun to drive with that trans. The only investment I see coming is a new battery ,that is it!

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I am not married nor do I have kids. This car would be great for long distance, family trips. Good trunk room and spacious back seats. I got the top line model with a sunroof and head seats. And I love the Rockford Fosgate sound system! Got a 10" subwoofer in the trunk! It PUMPS the bass! It's got a part time 4WD/AWD which is nice in sedan. It helped me get thru some snow in Maryland. The CVT does make funny noises. But mechanic said it was normal. Ride is not bad. It is sports tuned after all. The interior is kind of dated. Steering wheel only has a tilt function, not telescope. Just up and down but can't pull the steering wheel close to me. Great A/C and heating. The leather is kind of cheap though. Handles great! Gas mileage 36 mpg on HWY! That's not bad. Worse mileage was 18 mpg CITY but it was stop and go traffic. DC is notorious for that! But not bad at all for a 4 door sedan for under $20k!

I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

We bought ours in the Summer of 2019. Just passed 14k and we hardly ever use gas! At about .80 cents for 25 mile charge you can't beat it. Comfortable, luxurious ride. Excellent Leather Seats. Plug up to a regular house outlet with charger provided with vehicle. Best vehicle we have ever owned.

It's got a unique look, to be sure. It may not have a ton of horsepower but it can GO from a dead stop faster than almost any car around you. It's small size makes it a perfect city car, and if you need something reliable and inexpensive for commuting you really can't beat it: I spent at or under $20 a month to charge this car at home. For maintenance: no oil changes, just routine tire pressure checks. Even inspections are cheaper without any emissions to check! Bottom line, this is a fantastic budget vehicle and definitely eye-catching.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I live in Las Vegas. After being lowballed by multiple dealerships in Vegas, I decided to try my luck with selling my car privately. Omar from STG reached out and offered me the private party value for my vehicle, as a trade-in to STG. He said STG could pick the car up for a small fee or I could drive it down to their location in Montclair, CA. I was very hesitant on working with STG, as there are so many horror stories about crooked used car dealers. I own a 2014 Mirage. I love driving it. Although I've owned all kind of cars including Volvos, Saabs, BMW's, and others, I still appreciate this for what it is. Now lets review some of ridiculous disparaging remarks we have all seen about the Mirage. 1. It can't keep up with traffic. 2. It handles poorly. 3. Only girls drive one. 4. Cheaply made. 5. Worst car ever. First of all this car is maligned far less in Europe than here. Over there it's called the Space Star. Since it can and does handle the autobahn that shoots number one and two to pieces. As far as number 3 goes, most of the haters seem to be men professional drivers used to driving BMWs and Volvos and not econoboxes like this is. They completely missed the point of this car. It's designed with frugality in mind. I don't know the statistics of how many women drive them as opposed to men but I'm sure there are plenty of men who drive them. I do and I'm not a girly man. 😂 The idea of number 4 is ridiculous. It's not "cheaply"made it's inexpensively made. The materials may not be luxury materials but they still hold up well. For those who believe number 5 go back and drive a Yugo. This little 3 banger does what it's supposed to do. Great mileage decent reliability in a cute little package. Also a very good warranty. If you want more go buy a Volvo but stop trashing this car with unsubstantiated nonsensical commentary.
