I love the look both outside and inside! For me it has more than enough speed. I can easily go 80 to overtake a vehicle on the freeway, which is plenty enough for me. I'm not on a race track. I'm surprised at how features it has on the inside. I'm thinking of replacing the shocks for a more comfortable ride, but other than that, I'm very satisfied!

There is a reason I keep coming back to these gems. I'm about to purchase my 4th one. I've owned a GS for 10 years and 2 GTs for 7 years. One being a Spyder which I always said was the best car I ever owned. Perfectly balanced, fast, great looks, beatiful paint colors. A blast to drive. The interior lighting and the 650 watt Rockford Fosgate are AMAZING. Everything feels right about the car. And the cost of ownership is great, just basic maintenance. I regretted getting rid of them all (traded 2 for a Vette). After 2 years, I"m going back. Found a Spyder GT in Rave Red and it will arrive soon. I can't wait to drive this gem of a car again!

After my 2007 Ford Mustang GT was totalled I started looking at some of my childhood dream cars. I always liked the Mitsubishi 3000GT Twin-Turbo and it was in my price range. They are rare and I wanted a nice example. I found a one owner Panama Green 1996 3000GT VR-4, all maintenance records and owned by an old surgeon. They say don't meet your heros but the VR-4 is modern day fast - it made my '07 Mustang GT feel slow and beat a friends 1991 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo with bald tires and a bad launch. In stock form it'll do 0-60 in 4.8-5.0s and the 1/4m in 13.3-13.6@101-105mph. I was sold on it the moment the twin turbos kicked in, the swell of power is enormous, not to mention the g force when launched from a stop. I put a K&N filter in mine, ran consistent 13.3-13.5@102-104mph bone stock besides that. Very impressive considering some of today's hot hatches run similar numbers in the 2020s. Due to the Active Aero system that my 1996 VR-4 had (1997-1999 models don't have it) it felt like 100mph was 60mph. I got it up to 145mph and it still had some pull. It is alive on long sweepers, put it through tight corners and it will comply with nose heavy characteristics. More fun in a straight line. Comfort wise the seats were amazing and held you in place. It's definitely a GT car and is meant to go long distances in comfort in all weather conditions and it does that perfectly. The back seats are harsh for anyone tall but no complaints from shorter people. Reliability: These cars take care of you if you take care of them. I had minimal issues but I made sure to find a specialist who only worked on Mitsubishi and specialized in 3000GTs. Had an idiot valet driver break reverse, luckily it was an easy $200 fix. I had the 60k maintenance service done and had my mechanic fix anything wrong with it. I've owned many cars and the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is one I keep coming back to. Beautiful, fast and rare.

I bought this one. I've had two prior 1 the Dodger Stealth was the 3000GT without the Mitsubishi Logo, but it was on the interior and windshield. The second was a 3000GT. The Dodge was a 5 speed, the Mitsubishi was an automatic. The Dodge was a 24V dual overhead cam, the Mitsubishi was the standard engine. Both cars were excellent as far as handling and comfort. Only one mechanical issue and that was the water pump in the Dodge.

I was interested in a suv I called on a regular to ask questions and got answers Charlie was very helpful he seemed to be pretty honest I went there from Washington DC to see the vehicle but didn’t have time to really check it out when I drove it I felt a little vibration and was told it was the tires because it had been sitting so I decided to pass because it wasn’t a warranty and I had to get back to DC didn’t want to take any chances otherwise I had a good experience dealing with Charlie I just wish I could’ve had more time to check it out if I can get someone to go back to check it out I might go back to buy it or if they would put new tires on it to assure me that it’s just the tires one other thing I had to find a bank to purchase a cashiers check because they didn’t finance out of state that was what took up a lot of my time I’d also like to say I wasn’t pressured in any kinda way like big dealers Charlie was very patient

This car is bright red and sporty. The feeling of being behind the wheels of this car is pretty smooth. I used it to commute to work and college.

The interior is useless as a family car. Rip the back seats out, and just take the added trunk space. Performance wise, this model of GT is the fastest Eclipse to ever leave the factory, and in the GS form, turbos are easily installed on the 4G69; the big block of the 4G6# motor world, with the best flowing head of the series (sorry evo owners!). On an OEM evo intake manifold, it'll make peak power at 7200rpm, so it's a very happy motor to rev, with about a limit of 8200rpm on the stock valvetrain. Comfort wise, it's very nice on stock suspension without much float. Driving wise, in its stock form it's not as locked down as other sports cars, eg, Audi TT. Though that can be changed with fresh poly motor mounts, and stiffer sway bars or springs. Looks wise, it's bubbly. But once lowered a couple inches, it's there with the looks of a Porsche Reliability wise, with aggressive track use and 200,000 on the body (70,000 with me) total, 3 of the 4 wheel bearings are OEM, 2 sway bar end links had to be changed, and otherwise it has just been standard maintenance required. Keep in mind, the car is a GS running 500hp on a stock transmission, upgraded motor, and custom turbo setup. So when at the track, it sees far more abuse than a stock one ever would. For your typically daily driven car, it's fantastic. Commonly they last over 400,000km, but the main killer is the timing system. The timing belt AND balance shaft belt MUST be changed every 160,000km

I had one back in 1998 that i bought with 30,000 miles on it. The suspension and steering made this car easy and fun to drive. Fast and handles turns. On highway amazingly enough at 125 mph car had good gas mileage. Not good for driving around town meant to drive fast. Didnt handle rain, car would slip out. Had to part with car when transmission went out and part was $5,000 to fix.Still Loved that car because it was so fun to drive. Would by another if I could find one with 30,000 or less miles on it.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. I had 2 I think pearl white, 1998 Automatic course I didn’t have problems because it was years ago! & the red I think was 91 base lights flip up another thing I didn’t like I didn’t like it has much bad feeling about it that why I bought pearl white

Great car, has an added aux cord. Everything works like it needs to, great for cruising. Feels amazing, in good conditions. No accidents, everything is good.

I have a 2006 Eclipse GT and love it, but it's near the end of its life so I wanted another. I got this 2009 with 80,000 miles. Fantastic car, great acceleration. Supposedly it was "Certified", but in my test drive I noticed the A/C light wouldn't stay on. I asked the dealer to fix it. He said A/C worked, but light did not. That's wrong. Module was bad. Worse, Mitsubishi discontinued and offered no solution, so I had to get one from a junk yard. Also, Right Rear Strut was improperly installed (dealer's fault, not car), and after a few months the left rear strut was also bad. Not the worst thing that can happen, but it's loud when I hit bumps. Anyway, the exterior design is dated, but the 3.8L engine is still terrific (accelerates very well off the light, even though this car weight 2 tons). That's the primary reason I bought a second one. They discontinued the GT about 10 years ago, but you can get them dirt cheap, however do NOT buy one of the ones with the smaller engines, they have no acceleration and there is no reason to get one. Oh, another thing. My 2006 is orange. Great color, but notorious for having the clear coat peel and bubble (skin disease). It costs over $5k to get it repainted with the same dealer color, and $2,500 to get it painted a stock color, so beware of the orange Eclipses.

We viewed a 2024 KIA Forte online, and Gary was great in assisting us in the process. Stand up salesman. After buying the car I noticed a decent crack in the body underneath the front bumper. Gary had told me to reach out for anything so I did. He quickly consulted with the GM who said they would charge me there cost with minimal labor. I should’ve noticed it originally so I really appreciate the help with the estimate. I will be back to get fixed. Also thanks to John in collision. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased my 2005 Eclipse GT brand new! I have had Camaros , Firebirds , Trans Ams & NOTHING beats my Eclipse GT . Best car for my money . It’s 2020 & I have only 67,548 miles on it . I call him “BON JOVI “ , I baby him , keep clean inside & out . Keep up on oil changes , brakes , tune up. Only issue was a oxygen scensor like 6 years ago & now my heat shield on the Catolytor Converter rusted & bottom have hanging it blew . Other than that I have No Complaints. Dealer tries to sell me the NEW Models , I don’t like them . 2005 was the last year of this Style & I will keep it till I’m gone .

I have this vehicle 5 years, it has been reliable and a very fun ride, I had people tell me on the street that this car is very cool, and it is. It drives better than sport cars in this category and by having lower suspension your turns seem like a straight road

I’ve almost all of sports cars year or 2 older Usually look for a sports car when a girl/guy has to give up car for baby !Ive had luck buying used cars had to get rid of it that’s when I buy them ! Lol The red flip up lights I bought it & sold pretty quickly & Bought (My Fav pearl, white leather SL ! I loved the car ! )Handles great! Trust me fast! I think It’s had Excellent speed &very comfortable. I loved it the red but I just had a feeling about it I just looked at the car a lot ! Of course reason gut feeling driving fast ! With both cars! I thought I was going to not die not bc of the car just a feeling lol & not a fan lights. ! I didn’t have anything wrong with either car ! Tires for ect! Normal stuff! BMW Z3 ! Same thing

This car was super comfortable feels more like a sedan then a small car mileage was decent this is one of our favorite cars. Never had any mechanical issues.

It’s my second eclipse and it’s just too bad they stop making it because I would have continued buying that model. And I’m so offended that they named a SUV Eclipse Cross !!! Come on, that new box has nothing to do or compare to an Eclipse !!! Lack of imagination for finding another name for that SUV box. Come on...

This car has all the pizzaz anyone can ask for regarding beauty, style,performance and handling. It's proven to handle most any sports car out there and the price was right also for a sports car. I loved it.

I had no idea how stressful moving could be until I attempted it on my own. Thankfully, these movers saved the day. I love my Mitsubishi. The only issue I have is due to its size, its got a lot of blind spots but otherwise its been a great car . It has virtually needed nothing throughout the 70 k miles Ive owned it other than regular maintenance like tires, oil etc. Nice looking, running, dependable car.
