Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

Since my first experiance with them 7 years ago, I feel confident that every time I show up for any kind of problem they will treat me like family and make my problem resolve in a professional manner and time. Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

The 2020 Outlander is new to us. We have a 2007, 2009 & 2013 Outlander Sport. After 2 months, we completely enjoy it. Fuel economy is fantastic, power us sufficient with 4 adults and luggage on board. Ride is smooth and comfortable. Professional reviews tend to show these in a bad light. However, talk to an owner before you take a lass on these excellent vehicles. We Love Ours!

Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

We purchased a fleet vehicle that had some ac issues and transmission problems. Carmax jumped right into correcting the issues and provided a rental car each time. I will definitely purchase from here again.

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. All Seems Well I Like Drive Time I Will Tell My Friends Bout It Guys My Daughter Needs a Good School Car This Might Be Da Place To Go...!

I purchased this thing in full with 55,000 miles on it expecting it to be basic and something that could hold me over for a few years until I could build up to something better. Boy was I surprised. This tiny box let's pass EVERYONE. Love the fact that I'm spending maaybe $40 on gas a month, and it has an impressive amount of power for it's size and mileage! I've seen some weird reviews regarding comfort, but even being a taller guy I push my seat forward to feel more comfortable. Big enough still to fit all my friends and all of our xxxx. The speakers are phenomenal! Since I've had it for a while at an amount of miles not many seem to have, I'd like to give some tips on this vehicle! Yes, the AC is kinda crap, but the window is always an option, but the heat works very well. It's a small vehicle, so it doesn't put a whole lot of wear and tear on the brakes and tires, but the unique size of the tires can make them harder (aka more costly)to find in the event of a flat or a change. But the donut for this thing is xxxx near the size of the regular tires. In the winter, it, like every car, can have some problems with the battery, I ended up having to change it out at around 56,000, but the winter before it had died and a recharge made it last another year! With proper maintenance and good practices, this car seems like it can last forever. I know I'm going to be devastated to see it go when I eventually have to trade her in for a family car, but this reliable baby has treated me right so far.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.
