Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates. I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. I have had this car since 31k miles ago for 4.5 yrs with zero issue up until 83k miles where the P0421 trouble code appeared which means I have to replace the catalytic converter. Driving that long without any issue is a winner for me. Nearing 100k miles explains parts replacement but let's see if I can go another 4+ yrs trouble free once the part is replaced. Overall, it's totally worth the $12k I paid for a 2014 car with only 31k miles on it. I would recommend this make & model.

Bought a car on Wednesday night noticed the brake light was out. Told me to bring it back on Monday and they would take care of it. Did the oh I am in a cabin filter and even filled it up. Will shop again.

I have a 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sport Le I love it absolutely love it it has 130,000 miles on it and not one problem. I drive it daily 70 MI a day for work I absolutely love this car. I do wish they would do something about the paint though it chips very easy. I have used the all-wheel drive and the 4x4 lock I have driven it in snows. One snow was approximately 10 inches there is another snow that had an inch and a half of ice plus 6 in of snow on top of it not one problem of it making it to and from work.

Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

Great experience buying a used Mitsubishi from Max Madsen's. No nonsense service from sales department!

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

This car has been so reliable it’s insane to rely on another equal sized suv. So far, has been well taken care of and reciprocates in return with its utility abilities and cargo capacity. We’ve gone camping with it and I’d recommend putting on some Cooper evolution h/t tires on it for all terrain abilities.

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.
