I am not married nor do I have kids. This car would be great for long distance, family trips. Good trunk room and spacious back seats. I got the top line model with a sunroof and head seats. And I love the Rockford Fosgate sound system! Got a 10" subwoofer in the trunk! It PUMPS the bass! It's got a part time 4WD/AWD which is nice in sedan. It helped me get thru some snow in Maryland. The CVT does make funny noises. But mechanic said it was normal. Ride is not bad. It is sports tuned after all. The interior is kind of dated. Steering wheel only has a tilt function, not telescope. Just up and down but can't pull the steering wheel close to me. Great A/C and heating. The leather is kind of cheap though. Handles great! Gas mileage 36 mpg on HWY! That's not bad. Worse mileage was 18 mpg CITY but it was stop and go traffic. DC is notorious for that! But not bad at all for a 4 door sedan for under $20k!

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

I own a 2014 Mirage. I love driving it. Although I've owned all kind of cars including Volvos, Saabs, BMW's, and others, I still appreciate this for what it is. Now lets review some of ridiculous disparaging remarks we have all seen about the Mirage. 1. It can't keep up with traffic. 2. It handles poorly. 3. Only girls drive one. 4. Cheaply made. 5. Worst car ever. First of all this car is maligned far less in Europe than here. Over there it's called the Space Star. Since it can and does handle the autobahn that shoots number one and two to pieces. As far as number 3 goes, most of the haters seem to be men professional drivers used to driving BMWs and Volvos and not econoboxes like this is. They completely missed the point of this car. It's designed with frugality in mind. I don't know the statistics of how many women drive them as opposed to men but I'm sure there are plenty of men who drive them. I do and I'm not a girly man. 😂 The idea of number 4 is ridiculous. It's not "cheaply"made it's inexpensively made. The materials may not be luxury materials but they still hold up well. For those who believe number 5 go back and drive a Yugo. This little 3 banger does what it's supposed to do. Great mileage decent reliability in a cute little package. Also a very good warranty. If you want more go buy a Volvo but stop trashing this car with unsubstantiated nonsensical commentary.

Best car I have ever owned, fun fast, very reliable as all stock. This is the safest car - if you know how to drive it. The all wheel drive is so smart it will recover if you get the car sideways. After awhile getting an evolution 9 mr sideways is the most amazing thing you can do, until you try it on snow and ice - mind blowing fun this car drives better sideways - than just high speed cornering. Most people will never experience this, I would recommend a run in an Evo 9 as a must do before you die. (I work in automotive 25 years and have driven 85% of all car, even a stutz bearCat). There is nothing that drives like an Evolution IX MR in the world.

(In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. Everything was super small scuffs or scratches, which I fully expect when buying a used car. Will keep this car from years and years to come.

This car was excellent, and had everything in it we wanted, EXCEPT for the fact that it had NO rear window windshield wiper, which I REALLY missed having. But the vehicle drove well and handled well, although it was lacking sufficient noise soundproofing to keep out excess road noise.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. This car so far has met my needs. It’s GREAT on gas, small car but VERY roomy. The features are awesome, love that it has a back up camera as well.

I love this car! It has heated seats, the driver's seat is fully adjustable. The temperature control panel is easy to manage. It is compatible with Android Audio and Apple CarPlay, there is a rear view camera to assist with backing up and parking, the car is totally Bluetooth compatible. I love that I can speak on my phone hands free. This is an important safety feature. Did I mention that it is great on gas, not only does it consume it slowly, it is economical because it isn't expensive to fill the tank. The trunk is very spacious too. I love the Starlight Silver/Black color and the black and red interior. My Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is beautiful inside and out!
