2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Very polite, i came in Friday and just got lucky that it was not a busy day so the process was quick. Very accomodating because I did not have nobody to bring the purchased car to drive to home since I had to drive myself to go there so they were ok to have one of their workers (Luis) drive all the way to my house then drive me back to the dealership to pick up the car. Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

I’m at 218000 miles. The only failures have been a $30 brake switch and the radio touch screen. I do required maintenance and drive carefully. This vehicle has outstanding reliability.

I bought this used 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander SE in 2014 with about 23,000 miles on it. All 8 years that I’ve had it, with the odometer now at just over 100,000 miles, the only things I had done on it is put in a new set of tires twice and and brake pads replacement/service twice. It has never broken down on me, or required any repair whatsoever in all the 8 years and more than 80,000 miles that I have had it. The on-demand 4-wheel drive feature works great in the snow. It does not have the most powerful engine, but is more than adequate for everyday commuting and has proven to be extremely reliable and sturdy. The brand may not rank well against the more acclaimed ones, but I think I got the year model that turned out to be a gem of a pick. I have owned 3 Toyotas, 2 Hondas, 1 Hyundai, 1 Mazda and 1 Chrysler, and I can rank this Mitsubishi along with the Honda as my best ever in reliability, durability and value.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

Overall, the Mitsubishi Outlander was a good choice for my family with the third-row foldable seats which can be transformed and used for cargo. It offers a comfortable interior and lots of standard features. Great driving settings, only found in luxury vehicles like: - Eco Mode (Fuel efficient) - Sports Mode (Powerful V6 engine) - AWD Mode (Snow | all rough terrains, etc) Pros: - Affordable price compared to other similar models. - Use as a cargo space or convert to third row seat. - Well-equipped and comfortable ride. - Good handling with multiple driving settings. - Fuel efficient and easy to maintain. Cons: - Not the most stylish or exciting SUV on the market. - Average interior materials. - Low-end harness plastic covers.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Great comfortable ride. Great for trips under 25 miles, no gas needed. Preforms well on EV mode. I have been averaging around 32 mpg on trips 50-75 miles.

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.
