I just bought my first vehicle and was recommended to this place by a friend. This place has amazing service and a huge selection of vehicles.

I bought this used with 33k miles on it, after 10k miles of driving and almost 1 year of use, I must say this vehicle is one of the most reliable vehicles out of the others I ever owned! I got one of the rare ones with a 5 speed manual and it is fun to drive with that trans. The only investment I see coming is a new battery ,that is it!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

I started my purchasing journey with Rockwell Kia through an email query and completed it by purchasing a Certified Previously Owned Telluride Prestige X-Pro. I went through some quick exchanges through chat leading to some phone conversations and negotiations for a good deal. When we arrived at the dealership the staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly and efficiently moved us through the process. The car was in beautiful condition and looked brand new. We appreciated the great service and staff helping us get the car we wanted. Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

No hassle for once. Definitely recommend for used car. The will make repairs on the spot. Good deals and military discount. Nice facility, well maintained vehicles.

The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

Trent was very helpful and professional. He made the buying process easy and quick. I found the Jeep I wanted on line and Trent contacted me, so I drove 48 miles to pick it up and Trent made the entire process easy!

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I shopped online for many weeks for a clean, low mileage, FJ Cruiser. First one I bought from another well known online dealer was rejected on delivery for a very rusty frame. PPAG had the one I liked and they helped me by FaceTime letting me see the frame and other areas of most concern. Blake [Sales Mgr] drew up all the documents and over-nighted them to me. I was able to sign them ahead of time spend only 1 hour at the dealership looking over the FJ and driving it. Deal done - Thank you Blake. I did find a few flaws when I got the vehicle home but hey, I bought a discontinued vehicle I had always wanted and the few cosmetic issues were to be expected and easily remedied - no show stoppers - the 80 mile drive home gave me confidence that this FJ was a keeper. I had made the right choice in both vehicle and dealership. If you are shopping for a clean used car or truck, I will recommend PPAG with zero reservations. Keep your expectations neutral and do your homework - it's your money.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

We were looking for a used car for our 16 year old soon and were pleased with C3 Auto service. Their place doesn’t look like a typical auto dealer; it’s well decorated and has a homey feel to it. I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Purchased my new 2021 OS 2.0 FWD at the height of the car shortage in December of 2021 for UNDER MSRP while every other car dealer make was doing $5K or more dealer market adjustment price hike over MSRP. Now 1.5 years later can definitely say it has been super reliable through 30K miles. Stock tires were never great on snow so did upgrade early to better Pirellis which improved handling and ride. It is a basic, reliable, adequate small SUV. I average 32 MPG in mixed driving. It is quite fast getting on the highway and I have to be careful because I often am doing way over the speed limit by the time I merge, those who claim it is slow do not know how to drive an ECO programmed CVT - how far the accelerator pedal is press determines the desired acceleration. Even now the dealer has a couple of left over 2022s for $22.5K - that is less than dealers are asking for new KIA Souls around here and $6K less than the lowest priced 2022 new Hyundai Venue.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.
