We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I owned a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback Rockford Fosgate edition that got 40+ mpg in the city and up to 50+ mpg on the interstate. That car was totalled in a wreck 2 weeks ago, I was hit from behind by a large pickup truck. I am now driving a 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage ES Hatchback and it is just as good. I give it a 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

As soon as I was greated by Anthony I knew this was the place to be. Me and my wife went in not really sure if we wanted to buy a car because at every other dealership we had been to the salesman where really pushy and seemed like they didn’t care about me as a customer. But the way we were treated as soon as we walked in made us feel as if we knew Mr Anthony from a long time ago . Even though he is a really young man he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. We had a great experience and we will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends and family.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

I am on my third car from this lot. I feel like negative reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations of used cars at the $10k and under point. If you do a little research on things before going (to any lot) you’ll be a lot better off. I’ve never felt pushed into a car just to make a sale here. In fact, there was a time when Todd told me not to buy something because he knew it wasn’t what I was really after and wouldn’t be happy with it. I’ve never felt any pressure at all from any of them to get any certain car or the optional warranty. It’s always been quick, easy, and laid back. I’ve mentioned before id like to run it to a mechanic to get looked over before buying and they were ok with it. I’ll definitely keep checking in with them when I need a car.

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

Just purchased a new 2023 Jeep Compass at Gladstone Dodge. First, this is my 2nd Jeep vehicle. Second, the reason I purchased Jeep again is because of the quality of that brand. I trusted him fully when I contacted him, sent him a photo of the car I was interested in and he said are you sure you are going to like that one. I truthfully told him I looked at another one too. I told him I trusted him and to hit me up with the one he would pick for me. I went in for my appointment and was not disappointed. He showed me both cars and he was so right. I drove away in my brand new Jeep that day. This was the smoothest, easiest experience with Gladstone Dodge. Just did a 1500 mile trip through the mountains of Tennessee. Gravel roads, highway, and back roads. This car exceeded my expectations. Much better gas milage than stated got between 30-37 mpg. AWESOME!

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable.And fun to drive
