This is the 4th car we have bought from this dealership. Each time, we’ve had a different sales rep, and each now has been professional and very kind. The service department is always fabulous, does great work. We bought a Titan today and our rep, Andrew Griglio, was awesome. He took his time, answered all the questions and made the purchase of my new truck a lot of fun! The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, was awesome. She was on top of everything. Jim Fronzaglio, the manager, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Also worked a fantastic deal. We didn’t get to see Mark Wolf, the finance manager, as he wasn’t in today. However, he has done the financing for our first three vehicles and love working with him. Thanks guys! Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

Versatile and reliable wheels with some nice options! Automatic climate control, heated seats, adjustable lumbar support for the driver, power windows, tilt, power steering. With about 135,000 miles on the odometer now, I am super happy with "The Mits" as we call it.

I've driven this vehicle from Idaho to Florida to California through blizzards and hurricanes. It handled well on icy roads on normal tyres with no chains on them. It handled well through tropical storms and hurricane conditions. It gave me 50 MPGs in Orlando and gives me 35 MPGs in LA traffic. Even in 30 below zero weather it always has fired right up. I've driven it 50k miles and have only had to change the oil and replace the brakes. It's a great little car. I'm 6'0", 280 lbs and I fit great. It's as comfortable as Lincolns and Lexuses I've owned at a fraction of the cost of operation.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

I love my outlander I have the 2022 Launch edition. I've had it since May of 2021 drove it from Florida to Ohio without issue.

I've had mine for 6 years now and 43k miles. Bought since brand new. No regrets. Great on snow! Perfect size and power for city driving. It's been trouble free so far.

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

They quickly responded when I inquired about the availability of one of their listings. Nothing more occurred between us because I chose not to pursue a deal.

We own three Outlander PHEVs and there are plety of them out there used with low mileage. I would not purchase one used as the MSRP is over 40K.
