Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The hard part is over!!

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I love my outlander I have the 2022 Launch edition. I've had it since May of 2021 drove it from Florida to Ohio without issue.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. He did not pressure me to make a purchase and he allowed me to test drive the car for a good amount of time so I could really get the feel of it. 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Excellent service, service section not pushy, explains what's needed,gives time to customer to make decision on what to do. Only negative to Carshop is no Military Discount. Would get more business with Discount.

This is my third outlander and love them all great mileage with 4 and pep as well The only thing I which it did was start out in ECO get close to 30 mpg and it holds my 150 lb dog with lots of room

Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

It’s a overall great looking crossover suv , plenty of room to haul the typical odds and ends good pep when you step on the gas.

The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable.And fun to drive
