My husband and I went to the Service Center for an oil change and tire rotation. We immediately were met by Service Adviser Chris Mondolfi. He treated us as if we had been longtime service customers - this was our first visit to the Matthews Import Center’s Service Center. He was polite and made our experience as pleasant as can be. We will definitely return based on our recent customer service received not only with service but with our recent purchase of a certified used Kia Sportage.

A1 service clean and customer service was great and have to say the restroom was spotless.

The service at Kia of East Hartford is exceptional. Calling to get an appointment was easy and I was able to secure an appointment for that same week. Frank checked me in quickly and took care that I was out in time to attend a doctor’s appointment with my daughter.

Best dealership buying experience I’ve had. They got me the deal I wanted and didn’t waste time with back and forth to the managers office. My sales person, Daekwon was great from the moment we met him. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and he answered any questions or concerns I had. Marcy from finance was great as well. I’d certainly send family and friends to Tasca Kia in Johnston. The only thing I am disappointed about is that although they cleaned the vehicle and made sure the gas tank was full, the battery wasn’t charged. It was at 15%. Had I realized that and/or understood, I would have had them charge it.

No pressure Great sale staff in and out got the deal I wanted and the car I wanted extremely satisfied 100%. Would recommend anybody to buy a car here.

got a great car at great price - dealership is bustling - dealt with great salesperson Herminio- the car was detailed and gorgeous when i picked it up - only disappointment was they didn’t honor $500 discount they’d offered when i made appt- but would def go back
