Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Took my Volvo here for a service, Frank & his service team were great! Frank detailed everything that was done to my car and provided exceptional customer service. The wait wasn’t long which was also great. Worth the drive from the Miami dealership to Coconut Creek.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

Dealership did not get back with me for three days because it was the weekend and by then someone else had purchased the vehicle I was looking at. I had sent him a message asking him some questions about the vehicle before I made a decision to go to the dealership which is two hours away but they did not get back with me in time. I hope the new owners are happy with it.

This is the second time buying a Mitsubishi, both times has been the best experience buying a car. We weren't planning on buying a car, our 2012 Outlander broke down unexpectedly. This is the first time we ever bought the same model car, a 2022 Outlander. Jasper is a great salesman, had us smiling the whole time. Everyone there are so friendly. John was great and took me right in and told me where I can sit a wait and if I wanted a water or something else. My Jeep was ready in no time! Every time I get my Jeep serviced I’ve had John a few times and he’s always been very informative and polite!

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.
