She actively listens, she asks great follow-up questions, she is efficient in handling all the paperwork, she hands off to her coworkers all necessary information they need (ex. finance department, car prep department, insurance runner, etc.) When my new car was ready, she sat in the car and went over all the features in order for me to feel confident to drive my new car off the lot.

As I was walking through the lot a salesman, Dan Holloran, approached me and asked me if I had any questions. Dan was not overbearing like other car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. To make my review more concise I had a pleasant, no pleasure buying experience in a short amount of time. I will pick up the vehicle after an additional piece of equipment is added to it at my request. If the rest of my experience with Kelly Nissan in Woburn is as positive when I pick up the Pathfinder I would add an additional star to my rating. I may also return to buy another truck in the near future.
