I have an Infiniti, so I can't get everything done here, but they are good about letting me know which things can be done.

My car is the best that I ever bought and spend my money. In the streets is very smooth, inside is very spacious. I love Nissan.

I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

My purchase experience at Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie was the best experience I've ever had. Cameron Dialtus was a fantastic sales rep. (I knew I was in good hands when a passerby tapped me on my shoulder and said I was getting one of the best at Sheehy Nissan.) I never felt pressured to purchase anything from the time I initiated interest in my Infinity QX80 to the end of the purchase. During my decision making and before I drove to the dealership, I had several questions. I know Cameron was busy throughout the week prior to signing my paperwork, so there were a couple times that Josh McGuire (Internet Sales Manager) responded on behalf of Cameron. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Cameron and another sales rep. I felt very comfortable. Meanwhile, Josh heard that I made it, so he took the time to come out and introduce himself. Cameron immediately took me to the QX80 and stayed with me to answer my questions. I confirmed that I wanted to continue with the purchase, so I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes. Trey stopped by to introduce himself and then we went to his office to begin signing the documents. I accepted the best rate out of several banks that offered, so I proceeded to sign. I love that Sheehy Nissan believes in saving paper. Trey's desk is a touch screen monitor, so I could easily read the documents and sign with a touch pen as he explained what I was signing. After the sale was completed, all the documents were saved to a USB and given to me. Trey was very patient and answered all my questions. Cameron went above and beyond by assisting me with my grandson's car seat. He removed it from my trade-in and installed it in my QX80. I appreciated that he stayed just to see that I got on the road. My experience was Absolutely Wonderful!!!! I've never been to a dealership that was so welcoming. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and respectful. Everything was simply wonderful except the closing. I asked them to give me the BEST PRICE they could and when it was outside my parameters, I declined the offer. The next day they called with a much lower offer but I had already gone to another dealer and accepted their deal. Had they given the the second offer in the first place, I would have happily accepted. What about BEST PRICE didn't they understand?

Everyone was super helpful and kind. They tried to make everything as stress free as possible. Mateen was always at my side and let me make my decision without pressuring me which I find important. He simply informed me about each car. Ed is the best! He was always checking on me to make sure things were working out. Bob was informative and funny. Which is nice when talking about money. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done correctly and within a reasonable time. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Kaylin always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Her positive energy does reflex to others in the dealership.
