They were both great communicators and well organized during the entire process. I worked with Christian on my purchase. I purchased from out of state as Kline had a good deal on the vehicle color and options that I was looking for. Christian was very courteous and professional and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We worked with Walser Nissan in Burnsville to move from an expiring lease on a 2020 Rogue to a new lease on a 2023 Rogue. Nelson Guevara Zambrano, the Customer Specialist we worked with was excellent in explaining and completing the process. Dave Levander initiated the process which is greatly appreciated. Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.
