I came into the service center on a Saturday right before closing with a squealing noise coming from my car. David Bertolotti was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind from the moment I arrived. Even though they were just about to close, he took the time to listen to my concerns, check me in, and personally drove the car to make sure it was safe for me to drive over the weekend. He clearly explained what he was doing and communicated everything in a calm, professional, and reassuring way. Since there wasn't enough time to get the car into the shop that evening, he scheduled me for the first appointment Monday morning and followed through just like he said he would.
