If I could give 6 star I would. For my first time buying a car everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Shout out to Rony who helped me buy my car and answer all my questions. From the minute I walked in the door I was offered water, snacks and coffee. Since I was there during lunch they even gave me a plate of chicken! I previously had visited a different dealership who tried to bait and switch me, offering me a terrible deal and not honoring the sale prices listed on their website and over the phone. None of that happened here at Crystal Lake. The price listed over the phone was the price I received and they offered me a great rate on financing. During the test drive Rony was kind and showed me the different features of the car I was buying. During my time there they sold about 10 cars, which isn't surprising considering the kindness and the good prices they offered.

This is by far one of the best values on the market. Styling, features, reliability, power...I have the Platinum trim which makes the car a luxury vehicle, and includes every single upgrade and more than the competition...BEST CAR I'VE HAD!

Ask for CESAR, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. My mom and I were bracing ourselves going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. Performance, finish, comfort are all top notch. Little touches like interior lighting and auto-folding mirrors are appreciated. Dual displays allow easy access to controls. Heads up speedometer works well. Local and federal rebates on leased vehicles make this a great choice.

I had a great experience working with Toni the salesman, he answered all of my questions. i bought a BMW x5 the other day, for a great price. there was a small ding that i notices afterwords (a very minor ding). He gave me bindis number (the service advisor) and they took care of it. Awesome dealership and I will be recommending to friends and family.

Space was my number 1 concern with an EV but not anymore - the Evolve+ actually has more space than my Pathfinder LE; that was apparent as soon as I sat on the driver's seat; Love the spacious design; interior is awesome; got the colors and trim I wanted and the Ariya is an incredible value. Feels like I'm Jean-Luc Picard at the starship Enterprise - the tech is amazing!

I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

Great car!! Range is on the low side with the e-for e version but I’ve adjusted to charging between home and its ideal charging at the Tesla superchargers when you have the adapter, so far it’s a colony ride for long trips especially with the usb connections in the rear along with the air vents and so far no trouble with reliability, got all my recalls done and the service has been impeccable i recommend this car wholeheartedly

Nissan Ariya is an excellent car. The interior is luxurious and the design is striking. This car is faster than any gas guzzler. There should be more of these on the road. I charge mostly at home and have had no issues with fast charging stations in California.

Out of all the EV SUVs, this is probably one of the better ones. Why? Because it doesn't rely on a huge screen for all the controls. Nissan has 10+ years of EVs with its Leaf. So they know how to build EVs. Even though it was the first generation I was more confident than VW that they would make a good, reliable EV. The car is a lot bigger than it looks inside. As a 6' male, I can sit comfortable in the back seat. The design of the interior is great. It has actual buttons for some of the features. You still have to interact with the screen for most of the functionality, but they do have important ones as mechanical or capacitive buttons with haptic feedback. The open area in the front looks cool, but I don't think it is practical. I would've prefered a bin to store objects instead of an open area. It seems like things can get into the driver side and mess with braking or gas pedal. The trunk is a bit smaller than comparative Gas SUVs of its class. But it's similar to size of its EV counterparts. I got the Empower+ trim which includes hands free autopilot driving, auto-parking, etc. They work well. It also comes with the digital rear-view mirror, which is essential for a car like this since the rear window is small. The ride is comfortable, and it looks great. It is a bit more expensive compared to the other EV SUVs of its class. But I think the quality is better than the other EVs I've seen so I didn't mind paying a bit more for something I feel was better.

I had a great experience at Old Orchard Nissan. Antoni was very knowledgeable and helped me and my family with new Nissan rogue. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I also get a better deal than i expected. Will be telling my friends and family about Antoni.

My New 2023 Nissan Ariya is the best car I have ever owned. I have now driven my Ariya for three weeks, everything works, I did have to spend three days reading the Owners Manual, there are 175 pages of settings, and all the setups I made work as specified. The front and side Visibility is perfect and so is the rear visibility using the rear digital camera, the seats are very comfortable, the ride is great and very quiet. My favorite feature is the Heads Up Display, everything I need to see is projected in big clear graphics onto the windshield. I can't say enough goods things about my new Ariya.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!
