They were all very friendly and helpful although they did not come down on either car as much as I thought they should or did. Also the second car I bought had very dirty windshields. I guess it had not been washed which bothered me some.
Aaron explained in great detail on my auto repair, and my van was repaired while I waited. I really appreciate the great service. I look forward in doing business with this dealership in the near future.
Everytime I bring my Nissan Altima into Bob Moore Nissan of Norman - be it for routine maintenance or in-depth repairs - the staff and technicians are so friendly, informative, and understanding. They explain my problems, offer solutions, and go out of their way to work with you both financially and time-wise. When I drive off the lot after my car has been serviced, I can rest easy knowing the car has received top-notch attention! Anthony and Aaron are great ambassadors of the Service Department, and the countless technicians deserve their accolades as well.
My experience was great (if car buying can be great - I hate the process!). The sales manager came out a made the deal directly with me. There was none of my salesman going back and forth to work a deal. It was cut and dry. Do your homework ahead of time on what your car is worth and what your new purchase is worth. My salesman was great and down to earth. The sales manager was awesome, as well.
This place was cool. Really nice people. My reason for 4 stars is because I had to go back 2 times to sign the papers. One was because they found me a better rate(yay!) But then they got the papers wrong and we had to go back again. And they are bad about calling back. But again they were nice I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all. They let me take my time and that was awesome. Boston our salesman was super cool I really liked working with him.
