I had to have some pretty major repairs done recently. It took a while but they told me this in advance and they gave me a loaner car, which was great fun to drive. The car was done when promised at the price as promised. When I got back home, I discovered a new issue and called the service manager and explained the problem. He said bring it right back in and we will run a diagnostic and see what's going on. Car went back in, diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. Don't really understand what happened, but my car is running fine and everything is as it should be .....so all is well with the world again.
