Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Instead of pushing the sale, he encouraged me to try something else, and I ended up falling in love with a different car. He made the financing and paperwork a breeze. I went with my friend so she could get a newer car and I ended up finding one I LOVED, so I upgraded. Shon is very personable and I didn't feel pressured to purchase. He worked with me on trade and price. Very good experience all around.

Family. That's the feeling you get at every step of the purchase process. From Victor, our salesman who kept us at least two steps ahead to Cesar in Finance who finished the deal, we were treated as family. My wife and I came in to look at a Rogue after having a terrible experience at Crest. We were expecting the same thing after reading the online reviews. We were pleasantly surprised to be wrong and had the best experience ever in 40 years of buying cars. The salesman was new but told us when he didn’t know something instead of lying to us. They didn’t have the color my wife wanted but they traded with another store instead of trying to sell us a color my wife didn’t want. The New Car Director Mr. Williams said “I want your wife to be happy and it sounds like she really wants this color.” He not only traded with another dealer to get it but ended up doing the whole deal to help the new guy. He was completely transparent and was very polite. We ended up paying more than the other dealers just so we wouldn’t have to deal with the stereotypical fast talking salesman’s that try and manipulate and sell you something you don’t want just to make a bigger commission. I think more people would purchase from this dealership if they knew the pain and suffering at some of the competitors stores. Thank you Nissan of Lewisville!!!

Had my 2024 frontier serviced this morning, the staff is very friendly. Service did an oil change, inspection,washed,& vacuumed out my vehicle. The service writer checked to see if I needed anything. They sent text messages to keep me updated throughout the process.
