recently purchased a vehicle from Old Orchard Nissan, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful — no pressure, just honest service. My salesperson, Jason Chu, was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. They helped me find the perfect car for my needs and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. The finance team also did a great job explaining everything clearly and worked to get me a great deal. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. I truly appreciate the transparency, integrity, and care that went into every step of the process. This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Jay was great! He let me know all of the items that needed attention with no pressure. Normally, I see Jeremy but it was his day off. Both are great!

I’m not much of one for writing reviews, but in the case of Infiniti of Naperville, the extraordinary and impeccable service and attention they have recently provided me must be acknowledged. Short story – I needed to have them replace the engine in my Nissan Maxima. Jon Vargas, my service rep, arranged to get an engine delivered to the dealership within the next couple of days, and then have it installed and the car ready no later than Saturday just before I was to leave on vacation on Sunday morning with my daughter for a week. Saturday came and as promised the car was ready. I picked it up, and on the way home from running a few errands, the Check Engine light came on. At first I figured it might just be a “nuisance” sensor fault, and thought it’d be OK. But once home, without going into details, more severe symptoms arose - the car would no longer start, all kinds of error messages were appearing! I texted Jon in a panic, not sure what to do as I was leaving on vacation the next morning, and the dealership was now closed. In response, Jon said he’d come right over (and also had his lead tech come over) - they drove over to my house (after their working hours – they were “off the clock”!) and personally spent 2+ hours trying to diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately, they could not restore functionality. At this point I’m scurrying around trying to arrange a last minute rental car that I could pick up Sunday morning (at a potential cost of $600), but Jon was having none of that. After a flurry of phone calls to the owner/general manager, they arranged for me to be able to pick up a loaner car at the dealership on Sunday AM. Not only that, Jon came and picked me up Sunday morning at 7:30 to take me to the dealership, where in short order I was able to get a loaner and be on my way on vacation an hour later. So this was a long story, but it serves to demonstrate what I feel is, in my experience, unmatched customer service. They made a promise that my car would be ready, and available for my upcoming vacation. When through no fault of their own it wasn’t, they did EVERTYTHING to make it right – coming over to my house when they were not “on the job” and had no obligation to do so, opening up the dealership on Sunday morning to provide me with a loaner vehicle, ferrying me there. These are simply extraordinary measures that demonstrate the ultimate in customer service. It would have been so easy for them to simply blow me off and say “we’re closed, have the vehicle towed here Monday morning”, and probably most dealerships would have. But not Infiniti of Naperville – the folks are the salt of the earth. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Armada owner for 4 years and I love it! It’s a great, reliable vehicle! It has a lot of cargo room for family trips but is great for day to day driving. I love the v8!

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

Love this car, everything I thought it would be. This will probably my last car and I couldn't have made a better choice. You should test drive one today.

We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

I had the best experience at exclusive Autohaus bought a BMW 4 series from Exclusive Autohaus. It’s been six months since I bought the car no problems at all. Financing was really easy. Got the best interest rate. I am definitely going back in future to purchase another car. I did recommend the dealership to my father and he also bought a car from here.

Went with my family to check out cars, and had a great experience. Kelvin, the sales manager, was excellent—very knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. They also had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. It’s been a month since I got the car, and I’m really happy with it.

This SUV was a STEAL!! You basically got an INFINITI QX80 - same engine and Horsepower for about $28,000 LESS. If you needed to have the LUXURY BRAND BADGES and GRILL, spend the extra $28,000. As to the "Expert's Review" she was DEAD wrong especially her summary on handling. With that 390HP V8 the Armada is quick off-the-line and is quiet and comfortable on the Highway. Handling is "more like a sportscar - and not trucky like an SUV" - my wife's summary of it. As to turning, anytime at an intersection, if you have to make a U-Turn, the Armada turns tight. I totally disagree with the "Experts" review. Handling is quick and responsive. My wife summed it up best- it does NOT drive like a truck and she is only 5' and loves driving it. We have about 84,000 miles on it and no problems. Changing Oil and Filter, Battery, etc. regular maintenance only. As to handling - we DID put on Bridgestone Duelers tires which may respond better than whatever the "Expert" was driving on. I would recommend the Armada over a Cadillac Escalade any day. We test drove, the Escalade, Denali, and Tahoe as well as the VW Toureg before buying the Armada. ALSO NOT MENTIONED was the extended warranty you could have bought directly from Nissan on this truck for an added price $4,200 for Ten Years/120,000 miles. This is a great truck that drives more like a sportscar. With what we saved on NOT buying a Luxury Brand like Cadillac or Infiniti - we bought a loaded Altima 3.5L (V6) with the money. The wife prefers driving the Armada than the Altima because she sits high in it and can see over cars in front of her.

Highly recommended! it was an easy process from start to finish, the car was as advertise clean Carfax quality people they LOVE what they do - and it shows. it was a great experience from A to Z.

This is our families 3rd Nissan. This is an upgrade in size fro the Murano we had for 9 years. The Armada is beautiful, quiet ride and handles so nice.

I don?t have a problem with this dealership. I do have a problem with Ford and a known defect in their engines. I asked if I got a new engine if tge same thing would happen and they said yes. I reported this issue to the NHTSA and found many others with the same problem. Ford: you should replace my motor at no cost to me and provide a non defective replacement. I may be buying another brand if this is not resolved.

From the moment we arrived, Zee was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.

I take my 2014 Rogue to Glendale Nissan for all service/repairs. I find them to be trustworthy & they do an excellent job. Recently had a lot of work done & the service advisor Chris really helped me by finding as many discounts as possible. I appreciate his efforts as well as the whole service department.

Great bunch of people . Not high pressure sales . They go above on trying to help you and accommodate . I wish I would have went with them but purchased another vehicle thinking payments would be lower but they turned out the same .

Nice riding car. Leg room great even in the 3rd room seating. Loved all the bells and whistles that came with it. This car can spoil a girl.

I was truly steered by God to this dealership. I am now a customer for life. I found them while searching for a new Hummer ev on the GMC corporate website. I can with great confidence declare that Marquardt GMC and their entire team are truly the pinnacle of what they advertise “Expect, honesty, integrity and transparency.” Frankly, in their quest for professionalism and value for the customer they exceed all expectations. I say this after a lifetime of experience in buying cars as I approach age 70. Please know it’s a smaller, family run type businesses. Note that is has successfully been in business since 1950. That is a testament that they are truly best in class at all that they do. The buying process always seem long, but they go through the effort to make you feel at home, address every concern with care and consideration and make the process comfortable and enjoyable in contrast to the adversarial approach others often take. My wife and I genuinely appreciate the blessings to have found this place, the people, and so happy with our new GMC Hummer Pickup. I feel really safe in this SUV. I travel twice a month in major highways and it rides easy. My family feels really safe in the vehicle.

Purchased recently because we needed a bigger car. We looked at Tahoes and Expeditions but we didn't want all the technology that can go wrong. The good about the Armada is that it's very comfortable, heated & cooled seats work great, has plenty of power and a nice V8 grumble, it looks pretty cool, features work well and it's been very reliable so far. The bad is that the power third row takes forever to operate, you can't see anything out of the back at night even with the cameras, the infotainment is pretty dated, steering is vague, and some parts of the interior feel a bit cheap. The gas mileage sucks which is to be expected from a big truck like this but they didn't cut corners with the interior like Ford and GM! MSRP was $66,540 and we got it for half with under 50k miles!

Zone Motor's Chicago at 525 W Fullerton Ave, Addison, IL 60101, the experience was absolutely smooth and pleasant. The sales associate Ray and Joe were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes.
