It was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were greeted by Omar almost immediately after we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and had a vehicle to trade in. He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add. We will absolutely be back in the future for our next vehicle!!

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

Great vehicle, comfortable, has power to spare with 5.3 engine, it has 20” wheels. It is the Platinum model with all the accessories. Three row seating which is easily accessible.

Wow!!! I’m blown away at what an exceptional experience I had with This Car!!! I live in Oklahoma and could not get to tomball to see the car in person. I was VERY skeptical of the whole process but thanks to all the reviews I had confidence that they were legit and everything was good.
