The vehicle we wanted was no longer there, but wade, our sales guy worked very hard to find us a vehicle that met our criteria. The finance guy was easy going and did not push us to try and buy extra things we didn’t want.

My salesman Craig was GREAT!! Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.. There are some things that could be improved on in the buying experience, ie, the waiting 3+ hours.. I did happen to go on a busy day. The A/C in their building is pretty legit, it was close to 100 degrees that day! Thanks Craig for making my experience a good one...

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. Armada owner for 4 years and I love it! It’s a great, reliable vehicle! It has a lot of cargo room for family trips but is great for day to day driving. I love the v8!

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

Love the drive and style and reliability of the Nissan Armada Platinum. It’s comfortable and great travel and day to day driving. It has enough bells and whistles to keep all the kids entertained.
