Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Very friendly, laid back bunch of folks with no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend these people to handle your next vehicle buying experience. Steve the car sells man was very nice and helpful. The original car I saw online and wanted to buy was taken. He called me immediately before I reach dealership and offered another car in the same price range and even better. I am grateful our path crossed.

The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.

I came in Monday with my heart fixed on a Altima . Najalee was very patient and transparent with everything during the process. We were shopping for a new Nissan Armada and found one with all the features we liked online at Regal Nissan. It was pouring rain when our scheduled appointment arrived, but Irish already had our Armada pulled into the covered garage for us to check out. The whole experience was easy and felt like working with family. We bought our first brand new family car, a 2021 Armada from Irish at Regal Auto. Being a GM guy, the experience here makes me want to change to Nissan when time for a new truck.

On 6/12/2023 I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership. In my 78 years, I have done business with a lot of dealerships. This was the most pleasurable dealership experience that I have ever experienced. My salesman, Deaven Thomas was absolutely the best. This was the only time I have ever left a dealership with a big smile on my face.
