Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

I bought a 2023 Stinger from Southlake Auto Mall and the buying process was upfront and Professional. That is hard to find in the 2 years of Auto Dealers taking advantage of buyers. Consultant Joey was knowledgeable and made the purchase low pressure. The state of the art service center is cool also. Check them out for you next Kia.

The service department did a great job keeping me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When they were first told the part was back ordered they were able to get me in a loaner so I wasn't without a vehicle. Most dealerships don't offer this. The part came in quicker than expected and they had my car back to me within days. They kept me informed along the way so I always knew what was going on. This was my first car buying experience from Willis Nissan and I was so impressed. Our sales rep KAM was easy and fun to work with, he was attentive and not pushy. I always pictured the experience as intimidating and KAM made it anything but! The rest of the team there was just as impressive - Austin in financing took his time explaining things - Jake sat with me and went through EVERY button patiently with me. Ian and Mat are great to work with! I have bought from other Billion lots before and was never blown away. Of course the sales people are nice but Nissan, and of course Ian, goes above and beyond. I was never really impressed with the financing guys, they were cordial but not really personable. I always figured maybe it was the job. Mat is great to work with and really cares about helping people and making sure they have the best offers available to them! These guys are what every dealership should hope to be. Thank you all!
