A Service writer that finally listened to me!!!
The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.

Rudane, who handled my initial inquiry, was not only considerate and funny but also incredibly straightforward—something I greatly appreciated as a young woman navigating the car-buying process. He gave me all the details I needed about the car, sent photos, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Though I initially thought I missed out on the car I had my heart set on, Rudane went above and beyond, contacting me the next morning to let me know it was still available. Despite the chaos of Hurricane Helene, the team stayed two hours past closing to accommodate me and my mom, ensuring that we were taken care of during the entire process.
