Am I happy with both sales & service ... well I think you know the answer; but let me reiterate ... Being an A-Type personality (oh my gosh) ... yes I do like some order in my life. Since 2013 I've seen quite a number of changes in Raceway's management / rules / regulations. The service department specializes in giving their clients good news & bad news ... LOL, however, has been fair in keeping their clients SAFE on the road. My current service was a "shock" (again LOL) when I actually had to replace my rear shocks ... the staff Anthony / Kate / Chris / mechanics / & car washers ... made the rear shocks replacement along with (what I initially went in for (oil change & tire rotation) another great experience with their Service ... Don't forget to sign-up for their REWARDS Program ... to save on any upcoming expenses ... You actually get 3% rewards $ for the repair invoice expense ... Enjoy the 2025 summer!

The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business. Even the finance people were a pleasure to work with, and when is that ever the case! (Nick Corporal and James Manos). I used Sansone Jr. East Windsor service dept. for a recall while visiting family in NJ because a dealer in upstate NY got such bad reviews. They took care of 2 recalls (one I didn't know about) and fixed a problem with exhaust heat shields and missing clamps after permission. I believe David Butler was my service advisor. They do everything right and included a car wash. Would definitely recommend.
