Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

We had been to 2 other dealers that day. They were nice but ART MAYO was beyond wonderful! This man was fun, honest, and patient. Art jumped through many hoops for us and we wound up getting a great Rogue! He was knowledgeable without being condescending or cocky. He also worked with our budget. Michele, and the whole service team, are just great people. Service is not just about 'taking care of' a customer's vehicle. Sometimes that runs over into 'taking care of' the customer. Difficult situations need patience and empathy and people skills. Not everyone has that ability. I know Michele does. And she's so appreciated for it. My husband and I learned the hard way you should always buy and get service from a reputable dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. We got burned, but Kelly Nissan was able to turn a bad situation into a positive one. Thank goodness we choose Kelly Nissan to be our vehicle service provider. Problem Solvers, yes. Nice people, yes. I used Sansone Jr. East Windsor service dept. for a recall while visiting family in NJ because a dealer in upstate NY got such bad reviews. They took care of 2 recalls (one I didn't know about) and fixed a problem with exhaust heat shields and missing clamps after permission. I believe David Butler was my service advisor. They do everything right and included a car wash. Would definitely recommend.

I recently got a new lease and this time the Rogue since they are not making the Rogue Sport. There are many new features and no matter which salesman or service person I've asked questions they are willing to answer and told me come back as often as I need to. I always ask for Larry in service because he listens and answers my concerns. It was just brought in for a recall and an appointment was scheduled quickly . Great car and great staff.

I have no complaints about Peruzzi Nissan. Bought 2 cars from and have been a customer for 11 years. No issues. Always friendly and helpful. They never make me feel pressured to buy or spend money needlessly. Would recommend to anyone needing a new Nissan to go there.

I had a great experience. I had a salesman named Mike who treated with respect and intelligence. He acted like my time is valuable, which is rare in the car business. The dealership gave me a great deal on my newish great car that I love. Traded in my old car and made me forget about the three other crappy experiences I had before I went there. If I could give 100-star review for Tracy, I would!!! I had to get some things done on my Sentra that was covered under warranty, and she provided me a loner car until mine was serviced. She is the BEST and I will only schedule appointments with her. She is what customer service should always be. I have been going here since I bought my first Sentra in 2016 and even though I purchased my new Sentra in Florida I still will only go to Kelly Nissan because of Tracy. Rt. 33 Nissan is consistent in the quality of the service it provides. They care about you and your vehicle. No question is unacceptable or stupid. They are efficient and the coffee and bagels in the waiting room are a welcomed touch!

I came in for an oil change and a repair. They told me the repair was not really necessary, just a bent clamp fixed the problem, so I wasn’t charged for it. This department has earned my trust repeatedly.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and courteous. It did not take long for the staff to start the work on my car. I was pleased how clean the inside of my car was when it was returned to me after the service.

The entire process from Mohit, the very professional sales consultant, down to the used car appraisal, to delivery was much easier than at other dealers. My wife, who hates the entire process, felt very at ease throughout the time we spent there( which was less than 2 1/2 hours total). Very well pleased with the vehicle and the sales/delivery process.
