I’m a pain in the SS to deal with and I wrote my own rules to the deal. The excepted the terms no problem. I had to call them on a repair, they didn’t blink and said being it in. I’m on my way and I fully expect them to be as classy about it as they were with the whole process. Everyone there not just my sales rep who was great and very courteous too.

I have a crew cab long box, 0nly 60000km on it right now, now issues- turning radius isn't great, im used to having to go back and forth 4-5 times to park, mirrors don't show enough, mileage is terrible, it has all the bells and whistles i need- truck has been very good. will hang onto it till it gives me serious issues--4 stars-

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

Very welcoming and helping atmosphere from the start. I was helped by Ricardo Matienzo to buy a car and the whole process went by smoothly, far easier than any other dealership. Great people, great deals, great dealership.

Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

Great vehicle, an upgrade over past model years. Best of all, it’s a great value and a pleasure to drive. Glad I waited for the 2025 models to get the Pro4X with the long bed!

ABSOLUTELY amazing service you will get at this place. Alex Castrillon is a man you can trust and rely on no matter you are going to finance or lease a car. I got mine for the ideal type and color and Alex helped me a lot during the process. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Be ready to answer and would not push you to made immediate decision. I like him because he made me feel comfortable! I'll definitely deal with him again for the next car.

I had my Nissan Frontier SV6 for 11 years and 215,000 miles. It was still running great but traded it in for something smaller and newer. Pros - Reliable, good power, good for towing, comfortable, handled well, the back seats were fine for a shorter person 5'6" and under and the bed really came in handy. Outside of some abuse the only real non-routine maintenance it needed was the underside rusting out. After 11 years when washed and waxed it still looked great. The 4wd really got me out of some jambs. Decent power. Cons - Underside (exhaust, manifold) rusted out by 100K miles. Had to replace the exhaust twice. Heavy tailgate, no step rear bumper, poor mpg (17 in mixed driving).

Came in and worked with Stephanie was able to work with finance and get a great deal

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. However, it was not until the next day that a somewhat reasonable offer was presented, which unfortunately came too late as we had already committed to purchasing a vehicle from an alternative dealership. The primary concern with Route 46 Nissan lies in the presence of additional fees that are not readily apparent and are not disclosed in the original posting on cars.com. These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Despite this issue, I must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. George Mack, who made every attempt to waive some of these additional fees, which I genuinely appreciated. In conclusion, if I were to consider purchasing another vehicle from this establishment in the future, I would exclusively engage with Mr. George Mack, based on his exceptional customer service and commitment to addressing customer concerns.

I was shanghi'd when I bought this truck. It was advertised at $15,999 And then added $5,000 on top for things I never got. They lied to me. I personally like this truck persa I've had mine for going on 3 years with only changing alternator, and the basic Serv. Oil change etc. But I've had this crap in my radiator since I bought it. I didn't look in radiator at water just assumed from a dealership it would be good. Well it gets like a greyish slimmy goo . I have flushed it but it still gets in there from somewhere. I don't understand it. But other than that I miss my bluetooth and my cruise control.
