195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

After my f150 was totaled last winter, I was looking for another F150 with eco boost engine. Being mid winter there were not any used trucks with decent mileage available. I found a 2018 pro x with 70k. It wasn’t as luxurious as my ford but it was loaded with navigation. I purchased it. What a good decision. Besides a battery replacement and fluid changes I haven’t had one issue. It’s a strong truck with great acceleration And torque. I’m 6-1 and fit comfortably in the cab. Yeah it is a midsize, so I sacrificed size but I adapt. The only negative is poorer gas mileage. My ford eco boost averaged 16+ whereas my Nissan gets12 mpg on a good day.

This little pickup surprised me with every turn. It could tow 6500# without a problem and made it 190k miles with very few repairs. Mainly just maintenance items like struts and oil. It was priced according to its size and capabilities. The only complaint I had was the interior did seam cheep and the bed was very small. But it’s also a midsize

Have owned my 2018 Nissan for 2 years. It is the extra cab model and equipped with the V6 motor. This truck has been terrific so far. It rides good, has more than enough power and is very comfortable. Whats not to like?

Good value all things considered, replaced sensors at 50000. Transmission shifted hard and eventually truck would die while driving. Code indicated bad crank cam sensors. Allegedly a common problem. Replaced and truck has been fine. Surprised no recalls or TSB on these engines.

Great mid-size truck. We bought it in November 2022. I had to replace the throttle positioning sensor and that is all. 4.0 auto 5 speeds. It woud do a better if 6 speed, but I still get 19-20 mpg if I baby it. The 6 cylinder has good power at over 260hp. I recommend the frontier. My son has a 4 cyl 1997 hardbody now for 12+ years. Both trucks are great.

I only have two issues with this vehicle! Poor gas mileage! Terrible turn radius! I tow a boat and my friends who have full size trucks ( F150, Chevy 1500, and Dodges ) get better gas mileage Than I do towing their boats then I do without towing! Some of them have backed me in to the launch and then park the vehicle! They come back and say the turn radius is bad !

It’s a great truck and has treated me well in the snow but I’m a commuter and that’s what I use the truck for so I’d like something a little more gas friendly for my daily but it’s in great shape and has bed racks and a rhino bed liner

I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

Got this v6 Frontier Desert Runner new in 2001. Have changed all fluids on schedule. Had to add one can of Freon to AC last year. Replaced stereo speakers ten years ago. Installed new shocks. All original hoses, Runs great. Everything still works, including the original sound system. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this truck coast to coast. Not bad for a 24 year old truck.

Excellent for private or work truck. The engine is very powerful and the bucket seats are very comfortable. With 4 full individual doors, moving in and out of the truck is much easier. More legroom than most of your standard full-size sedans.

This a small size truck with a lot of power for towing my boat. I was surprised how much power the V-6 actually has. I would have given 5 stars for comfort but my wife complains that the seats are too firm.
