My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS from Wood Nissan Motor Company. We had a top-quality experience all the way around. Our salesperson, Jess Thomas, was experienced, respectful, and went out of his way to provide the best buying experience. I left a message on a third-party website on a holiday week-end and Jess Thomas contacted me via text right away, which was impressive. We were from out-of-town (150 miles away) and so when I spoke on the phone with Jess Thomas on Monday about the car provided all the information clearly and he volunteered to send me a personal video of the car. All of the negotiations for the car and our trade-in were conducted via phone in a professional manner. I believe the final numbers were fair to us and fair to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership Jess treated us wonderful and did everything possible to get us in and out in a timely manner. I also want to express that dealing with the Finance representative Jeff was a pleasure as well. Jeff recommended and provided the information and products that we needed. Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry for my father recently. We were treated very well and the service delivered by our salesman (Todd) and his manager (Jason) was the best I have ever experienced. I have three grown children and have probably purchased a dozen vehicles over the years and this was the best car buying experience that I've had. 195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

Our experience at Lee’s Summit Subaru was really nice! Our sale lady was Twesdae Doiel . We have two vehicles we wanted to look at and Twesdae assisted and helped us decide which vehicle to get. Not only was she professional but she was also very patience in answering all the questions my husband have. and she was one of the best sales person we have ever encountered with. She was not pushy, she listened and she cared. I wish all dealer ship will have a sales person like her. Car buying is already stressful as it is, trying to decide which, where and what vehicle to get. But, if you have a sales person like Twesdae, someone who cares and listens, car buying will be much more easy and at ease, no pushy sales person. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Great mid-size truck. We bought it in November 2022. I had to replace the throttle positioning sensor and that is all. 4.0 auto 5 speeds. It woud do a better if 6 speed, but I still get 19-20 mpg if I baby it. The 6 cylinder has good power at over 260hp. I recommend the frontier. My son has a 4 cyl 1997 hardbody now for 12+ years. Both trucks are great.

I had a great experience at Carmax today with the help of Kelsey. Soon I'll be taking a road trip to the east coast and the team in the service department or very thorough in particular and I feel safe behind the wheel when I make the road trip. You guys are awesome, I am CarMax for life! Sean M

I had my Nissan Frontier SV6 for 11 years and 215,000 miles. It was still running great but traded it in for something smaller and newer. Pros - Reliable, good power, good for towing, comfortable, handled well, the back seats were fine for a shorter person 5'6" and under and the bed really came in handy. Outside of some abuse the only real non-routine maintenance it needed was the underside rusting out. After 11 years when washed and waxed it still looked great. The 4wd really got me out of some jambs. Decent power. Cons - Underside (exhaust, manifold) rusted out by 100K miles. Had to replace the exhaust twice. Heavy tailgate, no step rear bumper, poor mpg (17 in mixed driving).

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

I only have two issues with this vehicle! Poor gas mileage! Terrible turn radius! I tow a boat and my friends who have full size trucks ( F150, Chevy 1500, and Dodges ) get better gas mileage Than I do towing their boats then I do without towing! Some of them have backed me in to the launch and then park the vehicle! They come back and say the turn radius is bad !

Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

I talked with the Service Manager I believe his name was Aaron and I feel a little better, Not a 100% But I do thank him for trying to make things right. I’ll just see what my next visit is like.

Recently traveled from our home in extreme Northern Minnesota to Texas for grandson's graduation, experienced an issue with right rear tire--came OFF the wheel hub! Called State Line Nissan, needed a tow, and they directed us to towing service and got our car in to evaluate problem and repair needed. The Service Department personnel were great--courteous, accommodating, and told us all along the way what they found and what was needed. As we were traveling, they did their best to get us back on the road safely as soon as possible. We are lucky to be alive, but even luckier that we were helped by such a great group of people and technicians. Highest praises--and a huge THANK YOU to State Line Nissan! PS--we continued our journey and made it to Texas and grandson's special day in plenty of time.

truck was fine but it was returned because it was too large for my wife and handled like a truck. comparable to a full size truck but wife want something smaller.

I have personally bought two different vehicles from this dealership they were both used and they were both very reliable cars. I have to make a shout out to my advisor, his name is Taylor swagger, I have been asking him for almost impossible outcomes for the last 10 years, this man delivers everything I asked for plus. I just had a new set of tires put on my Camaro this week and an inspection and a muffler install two pass inspection. Taylor actually brought the tires that came off my car over to my house this weekend. Where do you find people like this? This gentleman has done everything under the sun for me and then use his own personal vehicle to bring me tires that came off of my Camaro to my house. I will never forget this gesture that this gentleman did for me, he didn't want to put my old tires in my Camaro so I can bring them home myself, again use his own personal vehicle to bring them to my house. What a guy

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

After my f150 was totaled last winter, I was looking for another F150 with eco boost engine. Being mid winter there were not any used trucks with decent mileage available. I found a 2018 pro x with 70k. It wasn’t as luxurious as my ford but it was loaded with navigation. I purchased it. What a good decision. Besides a battery replacement and fluid changes I haven’t had one issue. It’s a strong truck with great acceleration And torque. I’m 6-1 and fit comfortably in the cab. Yeah it is a midsize, so I sacrificed size but I adapt. The only negative is poorer gas mileage. My ford eco boost averaged 16+ whereas my Nissan gets12 mpg on a good day.

The free snacks and coffee are a nice touch while you wait! The shop staff as well as the customer service folks are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Have owned my 2018 Nissan for 2 years. It is the extra cab model and equipped with the V6 motor. This truck has been terrific so far. It rides good, has more than enough power and is very comfortable. Whats not to like?

I owned GMC pickups for 30 years, until they became too expensive. I purchase 2019 Frontier and I am completely satisfied. Dependable, and a great basic truck. Good gas mileage and inexpensive to maintain.
