This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

My daughter just purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Vacaville, and she was helped by Omar Mendias. He was very thorough, honest, and efficient. 1st time ever buying a car and not having buyers remorse. After researching Nissan Kicks I told Jay Sahar what I wanted and was willing to spend “out the door” price. He called me back the next day and said if you’re still in the market, I have your car. He picked me up from Bart in “my car”. It had all the safety features I required. Next up Tristan from Finance. I was paying cash but my wire xfer was a day late so I needed to put more than $2500 on my credit card. Tristan OK’d the extra $$ and I was on my way. I live in Oakland but traveling to Concord was well worth it. When I got home my son jumped for joy after seeing his new Nissan Kicks with the new car smell.

This is a great deal in Vacaville. With excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left with a lot of knowledge and a smile on my face. I really was intrigued by the Nissan Leaf and Grant helped me to understand the features. I'm so happy that I purchased my car here!

We stopped by “to look”. Jay showed us our options. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Car sales been stereotypically have a bad rap, but Jay did nothing but ask questions. He never assumed he never pushed. Jay also went to great lengths to find us our best financing. Tristan was great and super efficient at closing and we left with a car. The excellent responsive staff helped me through my first internet buying experience. We came across a great deal, and by the time I could make it there from out of town they already had all the necessary paperwork with my Credit Union ready to go. Lamont Jones II is very professional, courteous, and attentive to the customer's needs. Tracey Wood helped us with the paperwork and we were out the door in no time. We couldn't ask for a better experience.
