This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

My husband, son and I were very fortunate to have Mr. David Grant assist us in the purchase of our vehicle. Mr Grant was very professional, patient and very attentive to all our questions. It was easy to discuss all our options with him and at the end of the visit, we were happy with our purchase. His main goal was to ensure our satisfaction. The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I've been dealing with keoppel for a very long time I would say at least 15 yrs and numerous cars .. the one person that has been consistent with my purchases is Danny colon.. he's my main reason I'm loyal to him and this establishment. He understands what myself and wife needs and he's never pushy . Very straight fwd and knowledgeable guy. Our latest purchase is a 2023 murano! Our objective was to lease a 2017 Nissan Maxima. All of the representatives we interacted with made this a pleasant experience. The people who assisted us were Damiano, Richie, Paul ( finance mgr ) and Dave ( mgr ). Within a couple of hours we left with the vehicle we were interested in and drove home with our new leased car. I was pleased how they facilitated the transfer of my previously leased vehicle which had two months of payments remaining.

I traveled from Maine because of the ratings, the deal and the treatment I got over the phone and in person. I’ve purchased several new cars in my 67 years- this was worth the 600 mile round trip. Sincere and transparent.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Every thing was smooth except for a couple of minor Issues that can be resolved, Thanks Guys

The entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Right from the start, my salesperson, Bobby Ippolito, was professional and friendly. The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business.
