Great Experience w Ricardo F. ! I came to this dealership with the possibility of getting a newer one. Ricardo was patient, made us feel comfortable, and was relatable the entire time. My fiancé and I kept going back and forth on what vehicle to purchase and if we should go through with it based on the payments. Ricardo showed us the pricing for both financing and leasing for the Platinum and SL. He worked with his Sales Manager, Jonathan G. to get us the best deal possible. They were all patient and professional. Even Ed Trott, the finance advisor was super friendly. We came with a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD and left with a brand-new 2023 Nissan Rogue! This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

Would like to say thank you to William Blitz he is an excellent salesman good at what he does and a very polite gentleman if you're going to buy a car from Sutherland Nissan I would suggest asking for William Blitz the particular day that we were there he was training a young salesman and I give him a lot of credit for the time that he took with us explaining the sale and also showing us all the features on the Rogue this is our second purchase of a rogue from Sutherland Nissan my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase I cannot stand up about this dealership in particular they are outstanding here in Fort Myers Florida I would also like to say thank you to Jonathan Garcia he sold us our first row about 3 years ago we enjoyed the first one and we upgraded a bit on our second one and we are most pleased with the purchase again thank you William Blitz you've done an excellent job keep up the great work and I hope you sell a lot more cars thank you David Hunt and Christina hunt
