This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

I purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from Zeigler Nissan in Orland Park. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and easy and Djamal our saleman was willing to go above and beyond to help us and make the whole process easy and enjoyable. As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

The staff was informative and answered all our questions plainly and direct. No beating around the bush or vague replies.
