At first I had a really bad experience with the service department, when I left my initial review Faith got a hold of me and made sure to take care of my problem. Good customer service, they want to make sure every customer leaves happy.

First, my daughter was in need of a vehicle and she resides in Champaign, IL. I live in the Bay Area, CA and we identified a used CPO NIssan Altima at M'Lady Nissan. However, this dealership was too far away for myself or my daughter to be able to visit. Eddie was assigned to work with me to figure out the sale of the vehicle we were interested in, the payment, and delivery to my daughter. First and foremost, Eddie was the consummate professional. Despite having never met him personally or visited the dealership, I was immediately put at ease in working with him. His experience, personality and most importantly transparency promoted trust as I was located across the country. He genuinely wanted what was best for my daughter.
